Note:

  • The registration fee for regular participants and international students, includes admission to all scientific sessions, the program and abstract book (e-book), lunches, the Opening Ceremony, the Closing Ceremony and Congress Dinner.
  • The accompanying person’s fee is only for social activities (the Opening Ceremony, the Closing Ceremony and Congress Dinner). It does not admit individuals to scientific sessions.
  • Students need to submit student IDs or proof of enrollment along with their registration.

Payment:

  • International participants: all fees must be paid in US currency using credit card.
  • Thai participants: the registration fee can be paid by:
    • Credit Card please go to the Registration page to log in to make the credit card payment.
    • Money Order or Cashier Check or Bank Draft
      • Please pay the total amount to Account Name: “CRI/AC–CONF/TRAINING”
        Write down your registration number and your name on the Money Order, Cashier Check or Bank Draft, then mail it to [email protected].
    • Money Transfer
      • Please transfer the total amount to: Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Lak Si Plaza Branch
        Account Number: 229-4-17636-3, Account Name: “CRI/AC–CONF/TRAINING”
        Write down your registration number and your name on the transfer slip, then e-mail it to [email protected].
  • International and Thai students: please submit a valid proof of enrollment (a student ID or a registration record of the current term/semester) online or by e-mail to [email protected].
  • Only registration accompanied by full payment of the registration fee will be processed.
  • An official receipt will be issued at the Registration Desk at the Congress or by request before the Congress.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Registered participants who cannot attend the Congress will receive a refund of registration fees as follows:

  • Cancellation received before and on November 15, 2024: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation received from November 16 to November 30, 2024: 80% refund.
  • No refund can be made for cancellation received on and after December 1, 2024.
  • Refunds will not be made until after the Congress.
  • Please note that requests for cancellation must be made in writing to the registration office (e-mail is preferred).
