A limited number of fellowships are available to participants whose abstracts have been selected by the Scientific Committee; this will cover:

  1. Registration fee and/or accommodation at the Chulabhorn Research Institute
    (ONLY for participants from developing countries).
    AND/OR
  2. Partial or discount airfare by low cost airlines (ONLY for participants from Asian countries).

To apply for a fellowship, please do as follows:

  1. register at the Registration page, select the Participant type.
  2. update your personal information.
  3. submit an abstract online (See the Guidelines), and select platform or poster presentation.
  4. send an email for applying the fellowship and attach an up-to-date CV to [email protected].  

Please note that the fellowships will be processed after the acceptance of the submitted abstract and selection by the Committee. The final designation of platform or poster presentations will be made by the Committee based on significance and quality of the work.

  • Notification of Abstract Acceptance: October 30, 2024.
